Learn French in Nice with EF Education First

Learn French in Nice with EF

The French Riviera is known for it's beautiful weather and amazing beaches, but there's more to this area than you see in "To Catch a Thief."  The city of Nice in particular is a cultural jewel, with ancient Roman and Moorish ruins, plenty of theaters, and more natural beauty than you'll be able to take in.  With EF, you can design a language immersion course to fit around your academic schedule.  Whether you're looking to brush up on French over the summer or would like to spend a semester or year earning French credits, French immersion with EF might be a good option for you.  EF welcomes university-age students from a number of countries around the world, so studying French in Nice with EF will allow you not only to greatly improve your French abilities and immerse yourself in Niçois culture, but also to develop bonds with fellow students from diverse backgrounds and locations around the globe.

College Credit, Internships, Exam Preparation and More

EF knows college students are busy.  That's why we've designed our French courses to help you get fluent as quickly as possible.  When you learn French in a normal college or university, you speak French only during classtime, perhaps with a conversation lab mixed in here and there.  With EF, though, you'll be speaking French 100% of the time, whether you're in class, the iLab, or buying tickets to the planetarium.  Your new friends at EF won't (in most cases) speak English as their first languages, so you'll need French to communicate.  Our courses are literally guaranteed to help you climb up the Common European Framework of Reference quickly.

To make it easier for college students to accelerate their learning, we've partnered with Eastern Washington University so that you can earn college credit for French language and history courses.  If you're planning on taking the DELF, you can enroll in EF's proven exam preparation course.  If you're hoping to work in France one day, we can help you find an internship in a relevant company or organization -- or a volunteer position in the local community.  EF students also take elective courses relevant to their interests, so you'll learn to incorporate French language and culture into your daily life.

Stress-Free Study Abroad

If the thought of planning a semester abroad stresses you out, you're in luck.  EF makes it easy to study French in Paris because our talented admissions team is happy to help you arrange every detail of your journey, from flights to travel insurance to airport transfers. You can choose to live either in a residence with other EF students, or in one of our carefully-selected host families.  The host family option comes with its own meal-plan, as you'll be provided with home-cooked French meals for breakfast and dinner (what could be better?)

Learn French in France with EF at the EF Centre International de Langues in Nice.  Established in 1965, EF is the world leader in international education and has been offering French classes in France since 1972.  EF offers a variety of study abroad programs in countries around the world.  In France, you can study at either EF Paris or EF Nice.
