Semi-Intensive German Language or Culture in Berlin

This program is ideal if you are looking to be immersed in German language and culture for one month. You will enroll directly in the Freie Universität Berlin (FUBiS), a leading research institution in Germany. You can opt to take one content course in English or a German language course. Field trips to museums, memorials and cultural and political institutions are integral components of all classes. In some courses, you have the unique opportunity to attend specially organized and exclusive round-table discussions with decision makers, diplomats and experts in their field of study.

Develop your intercultural communication skills as a part of the international community of students from more than 50 countries that attend FUBiS every year. Further these skills by living with a Berlin family in a homestay arranged by FUBiS.

GEO program fees cover tuition, housing and some meals, excursions, and on-site orientation. Insurance and a 24-hour emergency service are also included. For information on scholarship funding, please visit the Scholarships & Aid page on our website.
